Eureka Trials does not sell your personal data or your sensitive personal data, and does not share personal data for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not engage in targeted advertising (as defined under applicable state privacy law), we do not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking, and we do not disclose personal data to advertising networks. There is accordingly no sale or sharing from which to opt out. This page is provided in order that you may record a preference and exercise the other rights described in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Although we do not sell or share personal data, you may direct us to record a standing opt-out preference associated with your account.
Submit opt-out requestYou may confirm whether we process personal data concerning you and obtain a copy; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; or obtain your data in a portable format. Requests are provided free of charge and we respond within forty-five days.
Submit a rights requestYou may withdraw your consent to our collection and use of your health information at any time on a prospective basis. Where your information has previously been shared with a sponsor or research site at your request, that recipient continues to hold such information in accordance with its own policies and legal obligations.
Withdraw consentIn the event we decline to act upon a request, you may appeal. We respond in writing within forty-five days and, where an appeal is denied, provide a method by which you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.
Submit an appealYou may stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message, or by any other reasonable means. You may unsubscribe from marketing electronic mail by following the instructions contained in any such message.
We honor Global Privacy Control and other recognized opt-out preference signals transmitted by your browser or device, to the extent required by applicable law. There being no common industry standard governing response to browser "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to such signals.
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf upon proof of authorization. We verify identity prior to acting upon any request and will request only such information as is necessary in order to do so.
